A blog about my journey getting to goal. I'm a 30 something lady who has struggled with weight and body issues my whole life. I'd like to use this year to get to my goal weight, maintain it, meet some great people, support them, and generally find out what makes me happy beyond food. Day 3 of WW: mid day check in
It's about late afternoon and I'm not having the best day. I had a working lunch and ate more than I wanted to. Going forward I'm going to try to minimize sweets when I have a lunch like this because I find it hard to enjoy. And I had a terrible cab driver so I feel just a bit off. Anyway, I have maybe 3 hours of work ahead of me. I'm going to do that, then I'm going to read for an hour of personal dev, work out and then have a nice dinner. I'll probably have a snack at some point.
