Day 1 of WW

Hi!

Great day, ending with 35 points, minus 6 pts for swimming. I swam for about 30 minutes and I notice I'm getting faster. I stayed off sugar except for a bite of ice cream tonight. Also, I tracked everything!

Great beginning.

    I have the same problem but am a little older so weight and health eating is a big passion of mine, especially when the Dr tells you to be careful!!
