I'd like to use this year to get to my goal weight, maintain it, meet some great people, support them, and generally find out what makes me happy beyond food. My goal is to hit my WW maintenance weight of 138 pounds when my body is ready and then hit maintenance. Thanks for stopping by!
Great day, ending with 35 points, minus 6 pts for swimming. I swam for about 30 minutes and I notice I'm getting faster. I stayed off sugar except for a bite of ice cream tonight. Also, I tracked everything!
I have the same problem but am a little older so weight and health eating is a big passion of mine, especially when the Dr tells you to be careful!! I found a great little book, only a $1 you can find it at http://thisispeterwomersley.com It is called Love your Body Again.
